RIIMPO320F – Conduct civil construction excavator operations

Conduct Civil Construction Excavator Operations course (also known as an Excavator Training Course) has been developed for the most novice operators to the most experienced.

Excavator training is delivered and statements of attainment are issued by FHV Driver Training
(RTO No 91857).

Excavator training consists of 2 days of training:
- Day 1: Classroom theory
- Day 2: Practical day with exercises on a real excavator
Our training includes:
- planning and preparing for safe and proper excavator operations;
- undertaking machine pre-operational checklists and safety procedure;
- safely operating the excavator, lifting, carrying and placing materials;
- selecting and changing attachments, carrying out operator maintenance and cleaning up.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive:

Statement of Attainment –

RIIMPO320F – Conduct civil construction excavator operations
Plastic Card issued by FHV Driver Training (on the same day)

Distance Learning is an option. Are you unable to attend due to work or other commitments we have a program for you.

Applicants with experience and access to an excavator are able to complete the course without attending our site.
